What we collect

When you email us, book a review, or message us on WeChat, text or Instagram, we receive what you send: usually your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message.

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

If you book through a third-party scheduling tool, that tool's privacy policy also applies to the booking.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare the free review of your business's public listings, and to provide services you sign up for.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business (email, scheduling, hosting, document storage), under their own terms, and only as needed.

Public business information

Our free review uses information your business already publishes: your Google Business Profile, website, public reviews and social accounts. We do not collect information about your clients or patients for a review.

When you become a client

A signed service agreement governs how we handle your business accounts and any client data. Where patient information is involved, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before we see it. Those agreements control over this page.

Your choices

Email hello@getbossdash.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We will act on the request promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
